Last Sunday (11th June), we were delighted to welcome back our friend the Rev Tim Norwood to Water Eaton to lead our service. Tim, as the former Anglican Area Dean of Milton Keynes, used to help lead St Frideswide’s during their time without a Vicar, and has now recently been made the Church of England’s National Officer for Local Ecumenism (which you can read about here).

We are grateful that he made room in his busy diary to visit us again. You catch up on his sermon, centered around being ‘on a journey’, on Listen Again.

During the service, we also celebrated the 95th birthday of Grace Johnson, one of our oldest yet most energetic congregation members, with the presentation of a birthday balloon. We are very grateful for her many contributions to church life over the years.
