Former Minister Rob Ellis to Lead Service

This coming Sunday, we are delighted to welcome back Rev Dr Robert Ellis, our former Minister and retired Principal of Regent’s Park College, University of Oxford, to lead us in our Morning Worship. You can find out more about his work here.

All are welcome! As always, you can join our service via Zoom if you cannot attend in-person – just contact us for the Zoom link. If you can’t make it to the service, then you can also catch up on Rob’s sermon on Listen Again.

IN OTHER NEWS…

Remembering Joyce Bond, our oldest member

We were sad to hear of the passing of Joyce Bond on the morning of Monday 22nd May. At 101 years old, Joyce was our oldest member and would have been 102 on 2nd August.

Last year, before her husband Ron’s passing, the couple celebrated their 81st Wedding Anniversary.

With Ron, she has now been ‘promoted to Glory’ and has met her maker. Our love and condolences go to Bill and Janet; to Eileen and Michael and their extended families.

Well done, good and faithful servant… come and share your master’s happiness!

New Defibrillator set up next to Church Centre

A life saving defibrillator has recently been fitted to Sycamore Hall, within easy reach of the Church Centre, should we ever need to use it in an emergency.
